     Why is the head clogged? When the ink is sprayed, the nozzle of the machine does not emit ink, which causes the lack of color in the picture content. It is usually called "nozzle clogging", which is the main factor that affects the quality of the picture and the yield. Of course, there are various reasons for "clogging". Let's take a look at the introduction:
    1. After the ink accumulates to a certain degree, the nozzle will block the nozzle hole on the outside: it is the most common way of clogging, because the solvent in the ink must be volatilized into the air to dry the picture, so the ink is a volatile liquid. The air is easily volatile and clears solids. When the nozzle is spraying on the fabric, there will always be some ink left around. This part of the ink will slowly become smaller and even block the nozzle after drying in the air, but because it is outside the nozzle, it is easy to Clean up, this is why we often clean the nozzle.  
    2. The piezoelectric crystal is damaged: it is certain that the nozzle can not eject ink. The general piezoelectric nozzle can be used for about one year. It may be normal to use it in a factory with a lot of inkjet workload for less than one year.
    3. Fatigue damage of piezoelectric crystal: the phenomenon is that the nozzle sometimes ejects ink, sometimes the ink cannot be ejected, especially when the inkjet volume is large (ie when spraying a dark screen), the phenomenon of "clogging" is obvious, and the best method at this time is to replace A new nozzle.
    4. The clogging of the filter in the nozzle causes the nozzle to not produce ink: use the nozzle for a long time, especially in factories where the printing task is not full and often shut down at night, the ink does not flow in the nozzle for a long time, and it is easy to be absorbed in the internal filter On the wall of the net or ink channel, making the cross-sectional area of the ink flow smaller will also cause the ink phenomenon of the nozzle. Now special equipment can help you solve this problem of the nozzle.
    5. The viscosity of the ink is too high or too low: the viscosity of the ink is too high to make the fluidity of the ink poor, the amount of ink ejected by the nozzle per unit time is not enough; the viscosity of the ink is too low, that is, too thin, easy to press in the nozzle hole Transistor sucks in air when pumping back, and cannot suck ink, so the air is ejected; both will cause the phenomenon that the nozzle does not output ink.
    6. The failure of the drive circuit: The aging of the electronic components of the drive circuit and the accumulation of too much dry ink dirt may affect the voltage of the drive nozzle, resulting in no ink or unstable ink output.
    7. Types of ink: Some manufacturers' inks are improperly controlled due to the amount of desiccant. The drying is too fast, which can easily cause the ink to block externally. Although it can be cleaned, the cleaning interval is relatively frequent. Once the nozzle is not used for a long time, it is not timely. When protecting the print head, it may cause permanent damage to the print head the next time it is sprayed.
   8. Frequent ink replacement: In many cases, when the ink is replaced, the nozzle may not be well protected, which may affect the inkjet state of the nozzle.
   9. Environmental temperature and humidity of the device: the general recommended temperature is 22~25 degrees, the humidity is 40~70%, the high and low temperature affect the viscosity of the ink, and the nozzle will lack ink or paste, which is often mistaken Think "spray head clogged".
