Q:What are the quality assurance of our UV flatbed printer？

A:Except consumable parts, the whole machine has one year limited warranty and the circuit board one year warranty。

Q:How to get service support?

A:We provides customers with the most timely and convenient service support, which mainly includes: pre-sale technical consultation, on-site installation, operation technical training, application program training and troubleshooting support, etc., you can also use our authorized dealer in your location​ obtains service support。

Q:What are the requirements for the installation of equipment?

A:We provides equipment installation guide for each user, please refer to the installation guide to prepare the site. The general requirements are as follows：

1. The working area should not be less than 7.5m X 5m (length X width)

2. Working temperature 20～30℃, air humidity 30﹪～70﹪RH

3. Clean air without excessive pollutants such as dust

4. The input power of the power supply is not less than 35A/220V. It is recommended that the power wire diameter is not less than 4 square millimeters and the ground voltage is less than 3V。

Q:After purchasing your equipment, will someone be responsible for assisting installation on site?

A:Yes. For our direct sales equipment, experienced engineers from us will be sent to the site to assist in installation and commissioning when the equipment arrives; for equipment purchased through our dealers, experienced engineers will be sent by our authorized dealers When the equipment arrives, it will assist the installation and commissioning on site. Unless other agreed in the contract。

Q:After purchasing your equipment, what kind of training services can you provide?

A:We will provide free on-site training for about 7 days. The training location can be selected at our Company or at the installation site designated by the user, which can be agreed by the customer in advance in the contract。

Q:What daily maintenance does your flatbed UV printer need to do？

A:Compared with many imported brands of UV printers, Our UV printers are characterized by simple operation and easy maintenance. The operator only needs to wipe the nozzle with a non-woven fabric at the beginning of the printing job every day, or after the printing job has continued for 4 hours to prevent the ink from depositing on the nozzle. It only takes a few minutes to complete。​​
