What are the reasons block the print head?

It is relatively common for the print head to be blocked for a long time after the use of the printer. Let's take a look at what causes the print head to be blocked?
Generally, the clogging forms of print head are hard clogging and soft clogging, collectively referred to as hard faults and soft faults; common causes of clogging: such as clogging failures that occur easily when there is no printing operation for a long time. Because the print head is not properly sealed after being printed properly or placed for a long time, the water is excessively evaporated, causing the ink particles to dry up at the tip of the fine print head, which prevents the ink from being ejected normally; or the different inks are mixed and used to produce a chemical reaction , Usually manifested as faults such as broken lines, missing colors, unclear writing or even unable to print normally.
During normal use, each ink pipe is ventilated. The ink supply system uses the principle of siphon, and a small section of air is always present on the continuous supply ink cartridge, which is to cause the phenomenon of ink self-flow. If you see some small air in the ink pipe, don't worry, this is normal.
The air layer on the ink cartridge expands and contracts with the change of the indoor temperature. When the printer is not in use, for example, an air segment of no more than 15 cm appears on the ink pipe at the print cartridge interface. This is caused by the expansion of the air. . But if there is air in the whole section, it may be caused by the air leakage of the ink cartridge or the leak of the elbow joint or the broken elbow. If the entire length of air appears in an ink pipe, check the seal between the ink injection elbow and the print cartridge interface. The elbow can be removed for inspection and reinstalled. If the entire length of air appears in each ink delivery line, check the ink outlet of the print cartridge for air leaks or replace it with a new cartridge.
