1. Sensitivity of car sticker to moisture. Single-sided PE backing paper, if the product storage environment is too different from the printer's inkjet operating environment, it will be more likely to absorb water or lose water, which will cause the backing paper to arch when the printing car sticker is attached.
2. The car sticker stays on the heated photo machine for too long. The temperature setting of the car sticker is too high during printing or the expansion rate of the backing sheet and the mask is inconsistent, which may also cause the car sticker to arch.
3. Regardless of the above situation, the car sticker arch can be solved in this way: after removing the car sticker from the low temperature, it is placed in the printing environment of the photo machine for more than 24 hours to make the car sticker reach a stable state. Carry out inkjet printing, and at the same time, after the printing is completed, place the car stickers in the printing environment and naturally cool for at least 6 hours. Such car stickers can completely avoid the phenomenon of arching.
